How to Ship a Package

International Package Shipping accepts standard packages from 1 lb to 66 lbs in Billable Weight. For larger packages, please contact us for additional information.

Step 2: We Get Your Package to It's International Destination
We offer a wide range of shipping options from the USA to European countries through ocean or air. All parcels will arrive to our warehouse in Poland, then be delivered directly to the recipient through our network of qualified carriers who know the local markets.

To ship a package, please follow the steps:

Use a rigid, preferably new cardboard box. Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping. If there is any empty space between your contents and the package walls, please use proper cushioning material such as paper, bubble wrap or polystyrene to prevent the contents from moving and to ensure sufficient protection. Make sure that the contents do not move when you shake the package.

Proper closure of your package is important. To close a box securely, use packaging tape on all seams and closures to ensure safety and security of your shipment.

Proper labeling is crucial to ensure fast and efficient delivery. On one surface of the box, in left upper corner please write the sender’s full name, address with zip code and phone number. In the center, below the sender’s address place recipient’s full name, address with country code and phone number with the area code.

IPS F.A.Q:

  • Why does IPS tracking show my parcel is in Poland?

  • All parcels are delivered, unloaded, and cleared in our main European warehouse in Poland and then provided to our last-mile carrier partners for the final delivery to recipient in the destination country.

  • How will customs, duties, and taxes be applicable?

  • Parcels with EU destinations will be cleared by Karex in Poland and subject to Polish customs policies and once cleared will be provided to our final-mile carrier partners for delivery to the recipient in the destination country.
  • Parcels with destinations outside the EU, they will be cleared in the destination country and subject to the destination country’s duties, tariffs, and taxes policies.

  • How is estimated transit times calculated?

  • Transit times do not include UPS first-mile transit times to our warehouse in New Jersey and do not include customs clearance processing. All estimated transit times (1-2 weeks Air / 4-6 weeks Ocean) are based on when the parcel arrives to our warehouse. If the receiver does not respond to customs broker and pay for applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes in a timely manner this will also cause additional delays.

  • What labels do I need to attach to parcel?

  • UPS First-Mile Label – this will get your parcel to our warehouse in New Jersey
  • Attached herewith is your shipping label and customs declaration. We strongly recommend to utilize the UPS shipment label within 5 days of creation, review the label and customs declaration before securely attaching it outside your consignment.

  • IPS Declaration Label – this label is your agreement and how parcel is cleared through customs.
  • It's important to note that all shipments processed follow the DDU (Dues and Duties Unpaid) policy, as clearly communicated during the booking process. Your charges are solely based on the actual shipping cost. When you make the booking for this order, you agree to assume responsibility for "the importation process in the destination country, including … paying all taxes and duties that may become due."
  • Furthermore, it's crucial to understand that all international shipments undergo the imports clearance process, involving thorough scanning and inspection by Customs officers in the recipient country. Customs is a government agency, and as such, couriers have no control over their procedures or how these packages are subject to taxation.

  • What size parcels do you ship?

  • For automated quoting we only offer parcels with an actual or dimensional weight (LxWxH / 139) whichever is higher up to 65lbs. For shipment 66lb-150lbs these must be manually quoted via email and are subject to additional handling fees.
  • Max length 48in / Max Width 30in / Max Height 66in – anything larger will incur additional handling fees.
